Branch History 

     The history of the department is closely intertwined with the history of the vocational school. By order of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the USSR No. 124/316 in 1969, the Ermakov City Vocational Technical School No. 45 (GPTU -45) was established on the basis of the Ermakovskaya State District Power Plant.

By the decision of the Executive Committee of the Ermakov City Council of Deputies working on March 30, 1971 No. 7/131, the complex of the city vocational school No. 45 was commissioned and transferred from the balance of the Ermakov State District Power Station to the balance of the regional department of vocational education.

The school provided training for skilled workers and specialists for energy industry enterprises, mainly for the Ermakovskaya state district power station.

During the first four years, training was carried out only in the following professions: electrician of power transmission lines, foundry worker, welder, seller.

 Ermakov city vocational school No. 45 from the date of formation until 1979 was subordinate to the Pavlodar regional department of vocational education of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR on vocational education. From 1979 to September 6, 1984, the school was subordinate to the Pavlodar regional department of vocational education of the State Committee of the Kazakh SSR for vocational education.

On the basis of the order of the vocational school dated January 12, 1972 No. 12, combine courses were opened at the school

. In 1973, 180 students after graduating from 8th grade were admitted to the school for secondary education and specialties: electrician KIPiA, electrician power lines, gas electric welder, fitter, boiler, seller. The school was reorganized into a secondary vocational school (SGPTU-45) By order of the school dated September 20, 1979 No. 80 p. I, eight methodological commissions were created in SPTU-45: teachers of the Russian language, literature and aesthetics, teachers of mathematics, social sciences, chemistry, biology, and materials science, physics, astronomy and electrical engineering, teachers and masters of industrial training for groups of sellers, teachers and masters of industrial training for groups of gas electric welders and fitters for the repair of heating equipment, teachers and masters of industrial training for upp electricians, fitters. There were 21 study rooms in the school.     On June 1, 1984, the Ermakov SGPTU-45 trained machine operators from among the workers and employees of enterprises in the city of Ermak: 35 tractor drivers, 52 combine harvesters.

On the basis of the order of the Pavlodar regional vocational education department dated September 6, 1984 No. 192, by the order of the school dated May 14, 1985 No. 45, the Ermakov Secondary City Vocational and Technical School No. 45 was reorganized into the Ermakov Secondary Vocational Technical School No. 3 (SPTU-3).

In 1988, the reorganization of public education management bodies was carried out. In order to simplify the organizational structure of managing the national economy of the region by the decision of the regional executive committee of August 9, 1988 No. 239/9 and in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR of June 13, 1988 No. 263, the regional department of public education was liquidated and the public education department was formed by abolishing the regional department of public education and the regional administration of vocational education, to which SPTU-3 became subordinate.

From December 10, 1991 to May 4, 1993 SPTU-3 was subordinate to the Pavlodar regional department of public education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, until May 10, 1991 – to the Pavlodar regional department of public education of the Ministry of Public Education of the Kazakh SSR.    On the basis of the order of the Ministry of Energy of the Kazakh SSR of September 14, 1988, the basic enterprises of the school were: the main – Ermakovskaya TPP, secondary – ZMK, ZhBK.

On March 21, 1991, the center of the Kazakh national culture was opened in the school.

By the decision of the Ermakov city executive committee of February 6, 1992 No. 2/53, groups with free employment were opened at the school. In the 1992/1993 academic year, the training of skilled workers began, followed by free employment in the following groups:

on the basis of incomplete secondary education with a three-year term of study (two groups in the specialty seamstress-minder, one group of cook-pastry chef).

on the basis of complete secondary education (one group specializing in pastry chef).

dated March 10, 1993 No. 18-p p.2 was opened student apprenticeship.

By the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 1993 No. 2189 -XII, the city of Yermak was renamed the city of Aksu and from then on the Ermakovskoye SPTU-3 became known as the Aksu SPTU-3.

By order of the Aksu city administration dated August 20, 1993 No. 97, the Higher Vocational School (VPU-3 / Lyceum) was opened on the basis of the Aksu SPTU-3.

The first admission to the lyceum groups for the 1993-1994 academic year was carried out in the following specialties: accountant-economist, tailor-cutter, pastry chef.

In ordinary groups, the reception was conducted in the following specialties: lineman, seamstress, minder, manual welder, instrumentation and automation engineer.

From May 4, 1993 to October 27, Aksu SPTU-3, from August 20, 1993 – Aksu VPU-lyceum No. 3 were subordinate to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 1995, admission to the joiner-furniture maker group began on the basis of 9 classes with a three-year term of study.
